This week, we’re taking a look at something that may not be on your CIL’s radar screen yet, but should be–the use of “bots.” Although we may not realize it yet, bots are everywhere. They are pieces of artificial intelligence that can be “taught” to answer questions, provide virtual tours, improve fundraising efforts and even be there for emotional support! If you’ve ever used Siri or Google Now, you’re familiar with the idea of what chatbots can do.
